Sharp As A Track Studio

Sharp As A Track Studio provides recording, mixing, mastering, and production services that are customized for each client and project. As such, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.
Consultations
Initial consultations are provided to determine project fit, scope, and expectations. Consultations themselves do not guarantee services and are not refundable once completed.
Studio Services
Refunds for recording, mixing, mastering, or production services are not guaranteed once work has begun.
Because studio services involve time, labor, and customized creative work, payments made for completed sessions, delivered files, or work already in progress are non-refundable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Any scheduling, cancellation, or rescheduling policies—including deposits, advance notice requirements, or session minimums—will be communicated and agreed upon directly prior to the start of a project.
Failure to attend a scheduled session or provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of any associated payment or deposit.
Project Changes
If a project is paused, modified, or discontinued at the client’s request, charges will reflect the work completed up to that point. Refunds for unused time or incomplete work are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
In the rare event of a technical issue on our end that prevents delivery of agreed-upon services, Sharp As A Track Studio will work with the client to reschedule, revise the scope, or provide an appropriate resolution.
